Five Years!

I am so happy to be celebrating 5 years since I launched Lori Aks Jewelry. Thank you so much to my wonderful customers for buying and wearing my work and to everyone for your support by following along with my passion for making Art Jewelry.

Behind the scenes I am busily building on collection ideas. I am especially drawn to the Crinkled Spirals and have added many variations in the two years since I started working on them. The Crinkled Spiral motif resonates with my psychologist mind: conveying the twisting path of life is unexpected, beautiful and satisfying. New to 2026, I have been developing enameled versions and will have Enameled Crinkled Spiral earrings ready for purchase very soon (see some prototypes pictured below).

I have also been working on building up my Essential Collection that includes everyday Art Jewelry. I love the new Chalcedony and Peridot Silver Ring and Silver Wave Ring which get so many compliments, and are so comfortable for everyday wear. These new Essential Collection pieces were created by carving wax by hand and then casted into metal. I hand finish and set the gemstones in my studio so the work is from my hand to yours and no two pieces are exactly the same.
